We undertook a combination of works to three different areas within this Crown estate building.
Level 4 – Unit 4C
Adaptations to existing underfloor 4 pipe fan coil system, to suit the new CAT A + layout.
Installation of a new Comms cooling AC unit
BMS network adaptions and upgrades
New extract ventilation to tea point area
Ductwork cleaning and air monitoring reports
Witness test and commission and handover to the client
Level 2 – Unit 2A
Full HVAC validation incl. water sample analysis and microbiology reports.

Mezz Level:
Full HVAC calculations and design
Full strip out and removal of existing 4 pipe fan coil system and associated network cabling
Supply and install all new Diffusion 4 pipe fan coil system complete with all new secondary pipework
All new commissioning valve sets and actuators
Adaptions to primary and secondary ventilation ductwork
All new pipework insulation
All new BMS cabling network installed and commissioned
Ductwork cleaning and air monitoring reports
Witness test and commission and handover to the client
New extract ventilation to tea point area
